SPECIFICATIONS:
Frame: 3/4″ x 1 1/2″ with .093 wall tubular section extruded of 6063-T5 aluminum alloy.
Corners: Corners to be heli-arc welded and dressed smooth.
Mesh: Mesh shall be stainless steel. 16 x 16 x .018 12 x 12 .023 or 12×12 x .028 wire diameter. A continuous aluminum cover plate 3/4″ x .093 shall be attached to main frame with pop rivets to prevent removal of mesh after fabrication.
Finish: Frames to be mill finish or painted as specified.
