Frame #676: Deep 1 1/4 x 1/2 x .062 Thick 6063-T52 Extruded Aluminum.
Track: 21/32″ x 3/4″ x .050 6063-T6 Extruded Aluminum / one piece construction.
Vertical Members: (Wicket Opening) 3/4″ x 3/8″ x .062 Thick 6063-T5 extruded aluminum.
Wicket Door Frame: 3/4″ x 5/16″ x .020 thick roll formed doors approximately 8″ x 12″ for double vents.
Construction: Main frame is mitered and assembled with 1 1/4 x 1 1/4 x .093″ thick aluminum corner inserts staked into place. Track and vertical members connected in tongue and groove manner (no screws). When required, single units have offset approximately 7″ long at window handle. Wicket door frame miter & assembled with aluminum corner inserts.
Track: 1/2″ x 5/8 x .062 6063-T6 extruded aluminum
Vertical Members: (wicket opening) 1/2″ x 3/4″ x .062 thick 6063 – T5 extruded aluminum.
Wicket Door Frame: 15/16″ x 1/4″ x .024 thick roll formed aluminum locked at ocrners with interior aluminum corner inserts. Wicket doors approximately 8″ x 12″ for single vent units and 12″ x 12″ for double vent models.
Construction: One piece frame joined at corner with .051″ lock securely riveted in place with tubular aluminum rivets. Cross brace is dovetailed formed on ends and securely riveted into main frame. When required, single vent screens have offset approximately 7″ long at window handle.
